Order Processing All products at Mthwakazi Designs are custom-made to order. Once you place an order, it is sent to our production partner, Printful, for fulfillment. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.
Shipping Times Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- South Africa: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
