Thank you for shopping at Mthwakazi Designs. Because all our products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at londonkeith@mthwakazitech.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free reprint or refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items ordered in the wrong size (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Items returned without prior approval

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
